Keeping Your Writing Life Healthy

To accomplish the perfect perfection, a little imperfection helps.

Dejan Stojanovic

Writing has long been used as a means of expression and communication, this couldn't be more obvious than in the way we use it in today's digital world.

Since the inception of the internet things have moved quite fast, enabling writers from all over the world the ability to self-publish, blog, and even use writing as a form of therapy.  Which makes it very difficult when times get tough, and we get sick to give up the thing we love that keeps us going.

With all of the above positives, there is a downside to writing that involves spending hours on end stuck in front of a computer screen.  This kind of repetitive behaviour in the long-term can lead to an unhealthy lifestyle if it's not done properly.

But don't panic!

There is a way to write that doesn't leave you in pain and in a constant state of sickness.  As a regular writer, I make my living from writing and understand how frustrating it can be and the injuries and problems that can form, just by sitting at a desk for hours at a time.
